In-Fill Housing Development Program
Get up to $10,000 per unit to support new construction on vacant or under-utilized lots in established neighborhoods.

 

Ripon First Housing Program (First-Time Homebuyer Grant)
First-time homebuyers may qualify for up to $5,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance.
