On July 3, 2024, the Public Service Commission approved new rates and rules for the Ripon Water Utility, which will adopt and implement these rates starting September 1, 2024. The Utility must make the updated rates available for public review, mark the old rates as superseded, and maintain records of all past rates permanently.
