Request for Proposals

The City of Ripon is seeking proposals for removal, preparation, and patching of various identified sections of
asphalt streets within the City of Ripon.
Sealed Proposals: Interested contractors are encouraged to deliver one proposal to the address listed below or
by email to adannhoff@cityofripon.com. If emailed, please enter City of Ripon Asphalt
Patching Quote in the Subject Line.

Proposal Deadline: Wednesday, May 27th, 2026 at 1 PM. If this is not adequate time to prepare proposals,
please advise. If an alternate deadline is established, it will be communicated to all.
➢ Written proposals should be clearly marked City of Ripon Asphalt Street Patching Proposal.
➢ Emailed proposals should be sent to Allyn Dannhoff, Director of Public Works at
adannhoff@cityofripon.com with a subject line stating City of Ripon Asphalt Street Patching
Proposal.
