Ripon Code Connect is the City of Ripon’s new online service request and reporting platform designed to make it easier for residents to connect with City staff anytime, anywhere. This centralized digital system supports code enforcement activities by improving communication, increasing efficiency, and enhancing overall service delivery.

Residents can report a wide range of community concerns—including property and neighborhood issues, streets and infrastructure concerns, parking matters, and planning or building needs—through a user-friendly platform accessible from any device. Ripon Code Connect allows users to submit requests 24/7, include location details for accurate reporting, track progress in real time, and communicate directly with City departments.

Requests may be submitted anonymously or through a free registered account, which allows users to track requests and view reported issues. Please note: if you submit a request anonymously, City staff will not be able to contact you if additional information is needed.
